Start on Free — it’s the full toolset with 5 downloads a week. If you print a lot or sell what you make, Pro removes the limit, drops the “3DGEN” mark, and adds a commercial license. Founder is the same as Pro but paid once for life — best if you know you’ll keep using 3DGEN.
Every generator, both STL and 3MF export, and 5 downloads per rolling 7-day window (3 without an account). Free downloads include a small “3DGEN” mark and are for personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial use requires Pro or Founder, which include a commercial license and let you remove the mark or add your own logo. Free downloads are for personal use.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; after that your account returns to Free. Your files are always yours — they’re generated on your device and never stored by us.
Yes — Founder is a one-time payment for lifetime Pro, with no subscription. It’s offered in limited seats, and the price rises in tiers as seats fill. Once all seats are gone, Founder closes.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects any applicable taxes/VAT, sends your receipt by email, and is the seller on your statement. For refund requests, contact us at hello@3dgenapp.com.
